These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and b9geam ("b9geam", "we", "us", "our"), governing all use of the b9geam website located at https://b9geam.net and all associated betting, casino, gaming, and financial services provided thereon.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the b9geam platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them;

b9geam reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active b9geam account only. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your b9geam account, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number for verification purposes. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited regardless of the device or IP address used;
• One account per household: Where multiple members of the same household wish to use b9geam, each must register separately using their own unique identity credentials and contact details;
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. b9geam will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to adequately protect your password;
• Account sharing is prohibited: Your b9geam account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other individual;
• Accurate information: You must notify b9geam promptly of any changes to your registered personal information by contacting the support team.

b9geam conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required under its international licensing obligations. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before any withdrawal is processed.

b9geam supports a range of payment methods tailored for Pakistani players, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. All transactions on the b9geam platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless a player specifically opts to transact in a supported cryptocurrency denomination.

Deposit Terms:

• Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule;
• b9geam does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges;
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction initiation;

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit by the account holder, or to an account verified as belonging to the registered player;
• All active bonuses must have their wagering requirements fully satisfied before a withdrawal request associated with bonus funds can be approved;
• b9geam reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing withdrawal requests above designated thresholds;
• Withdrawal processing times are typically one to five business days; cryptocurrency withdrawals may be processed faster subject to network confirmation times;
• b9geam will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

All bets and gaming activity conducted on b9geam are subject to the specific game rules and betting terms displayed within each individual game or betting market, in addition to these overarching Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the relevant game or market.

• Bet acceptance: b9geam reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where it suspects irregular betting patterns, system errors, or collusion;
• Errors and malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that causes an incorrect display of odds or game outcomes, b9geam reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all gaming products;
• Obvious errors: Where odds are clearly published in error — for example, a cricket match offered at odds that are manifestly inconsistent with the market — b9geam reserves the right to correct such errors and void any bets placed at erroneous odds, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled;
• Maximum winnings: b9geam may apply maximum winning limits per single bet, per day, or per event. These limits are published within the relevant betting section of the platform;
• Suspicious activity: b9geam employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect irregular or suspicious betting patterns. Accounts identified as engaging in arbitrage, bonus abuse, or coordinated bet manipulation will be subject to investigation and potential closure.

b9geam offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible registered players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Pakistani players who have completed the relevant account verification steps unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms;
• b9geam reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise;

• Any indication of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or placing low-risk hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to account closure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b9geam platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing in connection with any bet or game;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from b9geam;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity using the b9geam platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing b9geam employees, customer support agents, or other players;
• Attempting to circumvent any geolocation, age verification, or KYC control implemented by b9geam.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the b9geam platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any b9geam content without prior written consent;
• Use b9geam's trademarks, logos, or brand assets for any commercial purpose;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any b9geam software;
• Create derivative works based on any b9geam content or technology.

Any unauthorised use of b9geam's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

b9geam collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, identity verification, and KYC compliance;

b9geam's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your b9geam account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

b9geam reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct;
• Your account has been involved in money laundering or suspicious financial activity;
• You have provided false information during registration or verification;
• Continued operation of your account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to b9geam.

You may close your b9geam account at any time by submitting a written request to the customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b9geam holds its international gaming licence. By using the b9geam platform, you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent b9geam from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to enforce any obligation of confidentiality.

b9geam reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, b9geam will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where changes are required to comply with an immediate legal or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the b9geam platform after the amended Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact the support team to close your account.
